A full pound and a half lobster steamed fresh to order. Accompanied by a baked potato, corn on the cob, and an entrée salad.
Pan seared marinated Halibut on a bed of grits topped with a rich cajun gravy that was cooked with bacon and chorizo sausage. Finished jalapeno oil and scallions.
A bed of mixed greens tossed with red onions, feta cheese, slivered almonds, asparagus ribbons, and balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with grilled chicken.
